Springfield Technology Park

The Springfield Technology Park is a 15.3-acre site that provides attractive work environments for technology-based and other companies. Businesses are attracted to the Technology Park – One Federal – by its physical resources, location, unique historic setting on the grounds of the former Springfield Armory  and the close proximity to the faculty and highly-skilled graduates of Springfield Technical Community College.

The Springfield Technology Park was formed by an act of the Massachusetts Legislature in 1996 under the auspices of the Springfield Technical Community College Assistance Corporation. About 900 people are employed in the businesses on the site, which offers a gated, secured complex and fiber optic redundancy that is unique to Greater Springfield.
